Hello! I am K. Sohan Raju, Development Officer for LIC, operating from Hyderabad, Telangana.

Since 2010, I have expertly handled my core job responsibilities which include Agent Recruitment, Mentoring and Training, and Client Management, with good results. I provide full support to my agents through practical field training on Sales Techniques and Pitching the Right Product keeping customer interests in mind.

Coming from a background of B.Tech (Computer Science) and MBA (Marketing), I am extremely tech-savvy and have good expertise in blending technological systems with sales to build my customer and agent base.
